Jillian Springer is an art director and designer, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, with Barbadian heritage deeply rooted in her identity. Her passions lie in brand identity, campaigns, and art direction. Through design, she explores and expresses artistic ideas that go beyond what her voice, hands, or body can convey alone. From a young age—long before discovering the world of design and advertising—Jillian found joy in creating: writing short stories, crafting beaded art, and imagining entire worlds of her own. Creativity has always come naturally to her, and she likes to believe that the work she does now, and the career she's building, would make her younger self proud.
